Castlemont High School hosted a screening of “Oakland Boogaloo” short film with discussion and dance demonstration by William “The Penguin” Randolph (Black Resurgents) and Levi “I-Dummy” Allen (Renowned Turf dancer). With support from the CA Arts Council and KQED.
